3 Fundamentals to Freedom From Food

Are you struggling with an unhealthy relationship to food? Is there a particular food or beverage that you can’t live without? Are you using food to soothe your feelings?


If so, you’re probably in bondage to food.


But there is good news. The Holy Spirit that lives in you is stronger than your bondage to food and He’s stronger than the big emotions you use food to pacify. God delights in you, and He wants you to come to him with your feelings. Think of David and the psalms and how many times he poured out his heart before the Lord. God is not afraid of your feelings, nor is he disgusted with him. He invites you to come to Him with them.
