Win With Your Weight Loss Long-Term: The 2 Ingredients You Need

Ready to move from confusion to clarity when it comes to winning with your weight loss long-term? If you are, you need to get rid of one nastly little habit first—relying solely on the number on the scale.

That number is only an itty bitty piece of succeeding long-term. There is so much more to a successful weight loss journey. You have to consider other factors, too, that I call non-scale victories:

  • Changes in your body composition

  • Increased energy levels

  • Improved movement

  • Better quality of life

Winning With Your Weight Loss Long-Term: Slow and Steady Wins The Race

Winning with your weight loss long-term is always sustainable, slow, and steady. Can you lose weight quickly with a fad diet? Sure. Will you keep the weight off in the long run and develop healthy habits that improve your overall wellness? Nope.

That’s why I’m excited to introduce you to a client of mine, Kathy, who is the poster child for sustainable, slow, and steady weight loss. Kathy tried a ton of weight loss programs (Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc.) but kept gaining all her weight back! In just eight months of working with me, Kathy has lost 35 pounds, 6% body fat, 10 inches in waist, and her BMI is down 5 points. What’s even more amazing is that she’s faced a significant amount of adversity during our time together, and yet she continues to stay on track and lose weight!

On this week’s episode of the Faith-Based Weight Loss for Women podcast, I talk to Kathy about how she’s been able to win with her weight loss especially after trying so many other programs and how she moved from suspicious and skeptical about ever being able to lose weight to victorious!

You’ll learn:

  • What Kathy zoned in on that helped her start losing weight and keep it off.

  • The two ingredients Kathy implements regularly that keep her running the race set out before her.

  • Her advice to women who have tried everything to lose weight but failed.

I am so proud of Kathy’s accomplishments. Her perseverance and consistency are inspirational. I can’t wait for you to hear her story today. Ready to know what it takes to win with your weight loss long-term? This episode is for you!
